A recent survey conducted at the request of the Michigan Supreme Court confirmed that more than 95% of litigated cases were settled prior to trial and, most importantly, that mediation was the most successful form of alternative dispute resolution.

Since 2006, Eric Zimostrad has been certified as a circuit court mediator by the Michigan Supreme Court’s Administrator’s Office. Mr. Zimostrad has mediated several hundred personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage and other civil litigation issues throughout the state of Michigan, including southeast Michigan. He has served as case evaluator in more than 30 jurisdictions and arbitrated many cases to resolution.
